Mid-Day Squares Policies
Shipping
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. All customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regards to order status.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate holding boxes for future delivery dates.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase (excludes weekends, holidays, and special shutdown periods).
Order Cancellations
Once orders have been processed, we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once an order has been processed.
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us here to inquire about order status.
Address Corrections
If you input your address incorrectly please contact us here as soon as possible to inquire about order status. While we will try our best to support you with the change, we cannot guarantee the ability to change your address as we work with external courier companies and must adhere to their timelines.
If the order has shipped, you may contact the shipping carrier from the tracking page and request to 'change my delivery', this can only be done by the receiver.
PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide us with a physical address in order for us to ship your squares.
Missed Deliveries
Once an item has left our warehouse, customers are encouraged to stay up-to-date with delivery based on their tracking link. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest depot location for pickup.
It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location. Mid-Day Squares is not responsible for packages not retrieved, and will not issue refunds or resend product if deemed available by the courier.
Damaged in Transit
For any packages damaged in transit, please contact us here as soon as possible. Please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your request along with the best before date (located on the wrapper of individual squares). We will open a claim with the courier if necessary. If the squares cannot be consumed, we will process a replacement or refund depending on the scenario and once the carrier claim is complete.
Lost in Transit
For any packages lost in transit, please contact us here as soon as possible at. We will open a claim with the courier immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed the claim process and deemed the package lost.
Refrigeration Policy
Our squares must be stored in the fridge, as we do not use artificial preservatives in our products. That being said, our squares are good to enjoy on the go for up to 5 days out of the fridge, even at room temperature without the quality being compromised. When preparing your order to ship, ice packs are put to prevent the chocolate from melting during the hotter summer months, not to keep the squares at a refrigerated temperature.
REFUNDS
Returns and Returns
Due to being a food item requiring refrigeration, squares are considered final sale. That said, we want you to be happy. If you encounter a problem with your squares please contact us here within 7 days of delivery of order and we will do what we can to make it right.
