We want you our valued Dolla Dolla customer to be completely satisfied with your purchase and thats why we're committed your 5 star experience. We want to ensure the best possible shopping experience and are always available to answer your questions. If you need to request a refund on any of the items you have ordered please go ahead and contact our Customer Happiness Team within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

How does the return policy work?

To begin the return process, simply go to the email in which you received your purchase receipt. From there, simply forward the email to our Customer Happiness Team and let them know which item/items you would like to return.

  • Our customers can return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • We strive to answer and issue return numbers on all request within 72 hours or less. We're always here to help.

  • Orders can always be cancelled anytime prior to them being shipped.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your product after its shipped, please contact us @ hey@dolladolla.ca .

How and when will I receive my refund?
  • Refunds are always returned back to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase.

  • Payment providers usually take up to 14 days to credit your card. If you cant locate your refund contact your card provider immediately.

  • Dolla Dolla does not provide reimbursement for costs that are related to shipping cost, custom fees, and or postal fees.
