Ps. Find us in the fridge!

We do not use any artificial preservatives, therefore refrigeration is required

You’ll find our ‘best by’ date printed on each package, which is the most accurate reference, but our products have a 120 day shelf life from the date of production when stored in the fridge.

Mid-Day Squares can last up to 5 days (no problem) outside the fridge. Take them to the gym, the office, traveling or wherever you want and they will be perfectly fine for 5 days outside of the fridge.

The Original, reimagined to taste exactly like brownie batter.

Our second flavour. Crunchy and delicious, packed with almonds and almond butter.

Smooth and savoury, a peanut party in your mouth!

Our newest flavour. Tastes like a spoonful of chocolate chip cookie dough.

Mid-Day Squares started in Nick and Lezlie’s condo kitchen in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Today, we manufacturer the squares in our real-life chocolate factory (yes, think Willy Wonka).

Proudly still produced in Montreal. Come visit, anytime.

If you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, feedback etc., please call or email us. You will probably be chatting with Jake, one of our co-founders (he loves to talk) and he’s not a robot.
